UPA!!® is the unique power act that each of us should discover. Each of us has a unique phrase or word if said will give us a smile or maybe a motivational spree because it relates to something in our past or present. Each of us has a unique action, activity, or move if attempted gives us a release of some of the pressures of the day or would change our mood and directive for that moment. This can sometimes happens for a scientifically analyzable or logically considered reason but is almost always an emotionally driven vague one. This action or move is called UPA!!®.
